If you’re looking for a night out and don’t want to have to do the dishes, Chilis has a coupon for a Free Appetizer or Dessert when you purchase an entrée, now through 8/15. Just go here to print your coupon!
There are 2 coupons that are still available to print from Coupons.com or Swagbucks.com that can get you a free bottle of Comet Stainless Steel cleaner at Target stores. All you have to do is print the following 2 coupons from either link above, pick up a bottle of the Comet cleaner ($1.99 at most Target stores), present both coupons at check out and it’ll be free!
This is of course because one of these coupons is a Target coupon and the other is a manufacturer one (even though it specifies “Redeemable at Walmart” in the picture, it is a manufacturer coupon and can be used at any retailer). You can always use a Target coupon with a manufacturer coupon for the same item. Therefore, $2 would come off of the bottle of Comet making it absolutely FREE!
2 prints are allowed per computer so you could actually get 2 free bottles by printing these twice.
There is a new coupon available on Toys R Us’ website for $5 off ANY purchase. It can be used in-store at Toys R Us or Babies R Us through August 16th. There are no minimums, but some restrictions include that it can’t be used toward gift cards, baby food, diapers or wipes.
I’m sure you can get at least something for free!
If you have an iPhone, iPad or an iPod Touch (with microphone), you should have the Viggle app! Viggle is a free app that gives you Viggle points for each minute of television that you watch. Simply get the free app on your Apple device, and press the “Check in” button while you have the TV on. It listens to what you’re watching (be careful of too much background noise) for about 10 seconds and then figures out what show you have on. It will show you the title and if it’s correct, you press the “Confirm Check In” button and you’re done. You can now turn off your iPhone/iPad/etc. and Viggle will give you points at the end of the show for each minute that you were checked in (they assume you watch each show to the end).
Check into certain shows that change on the Viggle app each day for extra Bonus Points! There are some shows that also have live events that will give you bonus points for answering trivia questions while you watch. You can earn a maximum of 12,000 points per day and can use these points for all kinds of prizes, ranging from gift cards for Burger King or Best Buy to even earning a Kindle Fire or a 5-day Royal Caribbean cruise!
I was hesitant to try this at first, thinking that it would take forever to get a prize, but now I am hooked! In about 12 days, I had already earned a $15 gift card to Chilis. And hey, if you’re going to watch TV anyway…right? 🙂
You can sign up for Target Baby text alerts by texting BABY4to 827438. They will send text messages periodically to you with different deals. However, the first deal you’ll get will be a unique code to use online for 10% off your entire Baby category purchase, (excluding clearance).
Don’t forget to go through ShopAtHome.com (6% Cash back today) on Target.com purchases.
If you’re planning on going to see a movie this weekend, AMC Theaters are offering up their Popcorn/Soda combos #1 & 2 at half price! You must print this coupon and present it when ordering.

Now you can earn cash back with your online purchases by signing up for a ShopAtHome account. It’s free, it’s easy and it will put money back into your pocket on something you were going to buy anyway.
With all of the online shopping there is, using ShopAtHome is a huge perk! Just go to your ShopAtHome account, log in, and search for the online retailer you’d like to make a purchase from. Click on the link for that website which will open the store website in another window. Make a purchase through that window and ShopAtHome automatically credits you a percentage of your purchase price, (usually around 3% – 6%)! Percentages change often so you should always check before making any online purchase how much cash back you can earn. ShopAtHome will mail you a check each quarter if your account has at least $20 in it.
Popular online retailers include: Overstock.com, Disney Store, Target, JCPenney, Amazon, Drugstore.com, DSW, Victoria’s Secret, Kohl’s and hundreds more!
ShopAtHome also has promo codes for different retailers so even if you weren’t aware of any promotions going on at that time, you’ll still be able to use them when making your purchases…AND get cash back!
It really adds up quickly and like I said, it’s money that you were spending online anyway, so it’s really a nice bonus check in the mail!

If you’ve ever bought a Disney movie or CD, or if you ever go to see Disney movies in the theater, you should sign up for your Disney Movie Rewards account. Just go here to create an account. Look inside any of your Disney DVDs or Blu Rays for the code, enter it into your online rewards account and start earning toward tons of Disney prizes!
It’s free to do and the prizes really are possible. I was able to get a few items, including a nice Phineas and Ferb Acoustic guitar!
Shipping costs can get pretty high pretty fast if you purchase online often. I try to take advantage of free shipping deals when they come up on different websites but sometimes I just have to bite the bullet and pay for shipping. There are a couple free shipping programs that I recommend though, ShopRunner and Amazon Prime.
I have a 1-year ShopRunner membership ($79 per year), which gives me free 2-day shipping when purchasing from a long list of websites, including Toys R Us, shoes.com, Dominos.com, Birthday Express and MLB.com. There are no minimums to buy, just select the ShopRunner free shipping on the check out screen of these websites. ShopRunner also gives you free return shipping as well. If you receive something that doesn’t fit, you can easily print off a return label and mail it back at no charge to you.
I do a fair amount of shopping on Amazon.com because they seem to have everything that we need (and don’t need!), so we decided to buy an Amazon Prime 1 year membership for $79. Now we can purchase anything on Amazon that qualifies for free Prime shipping (which is almost everything sold by Amazon) and it arrives within 2 business days! Diapers, movies, etc. arrive at our door within a couple days and there are no minimums to buy! Talk about convenient.
As a Prime member, you also get instant streaming of movies and TV shows, plus Kindle downloads. We haven’t made much use of that portion of the membership but in shipping costs alone, I know that we’ve made back more than we’ve paid.
You can get a free 1 month trial of Amazon Prime by clicking here. If you decide you don’t want to continue with a membership, just cancel online without paying a cent. They also have great savings and extra 15% off discounts on diapers and wipes and other baby supplies with an Amazon Mom membership, free for Moms and Dad, Grandparents, etc. when you have an Amazon Prime membership. You can find out more about that here.
If you’re like me, you enjoy checking out the latest movies. If you’re even more like me, you’ll wait until most of them come to video and just rent them then! I like Redbox for this reason.
If you haven’t yet, you should sign up for Redbox text messages on your phone. Once a month, they’ll send you a promo code good for a Free DVD rental. Sometimes they send additional free codes “just because”. It’s definitely worthwhile if you ever use Redbox or would like to try it out.
Just go here and enter your cell phone number at the bottom of the page under “Join the Redbox Text Club”.
My husband and I are both signed up to receive their text messages. Each month, we’ll get a text and then pick up a movie for the kids and a movie for us. The kids like being able to pick out a movie for them and I like that it’s free entertainment!
